Outstanding physician. My son was extremely ill for quite a period of time. Dr. Derdoy was assigned to my son during his first hospital admission. I was very apprehensive to have a physician taking over my child's care when I had no knowledge of who he was. After discussing this with the nurse, he immedately came back into the room, pulled up a chair and went over his entire curriculum vitae with me. How many physicians would do that! My son got better, as he assured me he would, and he continues to following him presently. He has never acted as if he was in a rush, always answers all our questions, and is very compassionate and loving toward the child. I give him more than five stars. If your child has GI issues, he is the guy to see. He never gets upset if you call him on the weekend, promptly answers your phone calls, and it is a real comfort knowing he is just a phone call away, 24/7.

He is amazing!!! I love him literally. He is my dad and who ever said my dad is a horrible doctor is a loser. If you think he is a horrible doctor than go through his records!!! He was a wonderful student and I will not let anyone say something bad about my father. I am not just saying this because he is my father but because I actually have a problem that he can fix he is an amazing dad and nothing will make me stop thinking that.

Doctor was not helpful. Only there to suggest what to do. When you didnt, then got mad.
