My story is similar to the other ones posted here. I was in chronic pain for over 2 years, had visited several doctors including KU and other major hospitals in the region and had no success.

Being a healthcare provider myself, I understand the importance of providing evidence based research. As I was looking into different options, I found Dr. Reeves' website. I was impressed with how involved and up to date he was with all the latest information.

On my first visit with him, he was able to give me an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment options. None of the previous doctors I visited could give me an accurate diagnosis, let alone any treatment options.

I have followed his recommendations and the results have been consistent with what he predicted. After 3 treatments, I feel the problem has resolved 80% of the way, and I feel if I continue the treatment, there is a great chance I may completely heal.

My quality of life has improved significantly because of his treatment and recommendations.

One particular thing about Dr. Reeves that I find admirable is he offers to pray with his patients before treatment. Being a person of faith, I appreciate this unique aspect of how he strives to help his patients in every way he can.

Having worked in healthcare for over 10 years both as a healthcare provider and as someone who owns and manages several clinics, I have a good sense of what makes a good doctor. Someone who is highly skilled, is passionate about what they do, and has good character. Dr. Reeves is exceptional in all of these areas.

I have been seeing Dr. Reeves for several years. Although I am older I remain very active thanks to Dr. Reeves. When I first came to Dr. Reeves I suffered from chronic pain due to a number of sports related injuries. Dr. Reeves treatments are unique and always work. I highly recommend seeing this doctor if you suffer from pain.

Dr. Reeves is a talented and unique doctor to who I give the highest recommendations. I have struggled with pelvic and hip pain, specifically nerve tension and pain for over 2 years. My injuries potentially stem from an unsuccessful hip labrum tear/impingement removal surgery (traction specifically within surgery may have caused some damage) which provoked all the nerves in my pelvic to go into chaos. My sacral, sciatic, pudendal, perineal, and obturator nerves have been fighting against me. All of this dysfunction affects my muscles, alignment, and general nervous system function. I found Dr. Reeves a little over a year ago and am at least 50% better because of his treatments today. I wish I found him at the onset of my symptoms, but I am blessed to have him on my team now. Healing nerve damage/pain is a long journey, and a very tough one. Not many doctors are trained to understand, diagnose, and heal injuries such as mine. I have seen about 12+ different “specialists” over my journey and had to be an advocate for my health. Once I consulted with Dr. Reeves, I knew I found another advocate for my healing journey. He has a gift to help your body heal and he has absolutely no ulterior motives to his practice. In addition, he is extremely intelligent and researched, however also extremely humbled and driven by God's power. Also, don’t shy away because the procedure being a high numbered injection treatment. Dr. Reeves and his staff make you very comfortable. I have always been scared of needles, but now I look forward to getting my treatments. If you are struggling with chronic pain, know there is hope. Dr. Reeves has given me hope and I feel incredibly blessed to have him as a doctor.

Dr. Reeves is the best! When I first met him, I was unable to drive, stand up straight, I walked hunched over. I overflow with gratitude for this angel on earth. I am able to walk, drive, and a significant amount of the pain is gone. Not even a single headache! If you are suffering with pain, chronic pain your answer is right here with Dr. Reeves. His knowledge and continued studies make me excited for treatment in the future. His kind, compassion, and humble nature radiates from him. The staff is the same way. Everyone you encounter is ready and eager to help. Such a blessing to my life. To pray with me before treatment was icing on the cake. To spend your life studying and helping people, but to be humble enough to know we need our creator. I was surprised....in the BEST way! I doubt he reads these things, he is busy, but if you see this Dr. Reeves. Thank you for helping me and healing so that I can get back to being a Mama to my boy. We have fishing, kayaking, scouting, swimming, and all the other fun things to do! No more sitting on the sidelines for me, and it thanks to YOU!

I suffered from chronic pain and tried everything (physical therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy), but nothing brought me relief until I found Dr. Reeves. Dr. Reeves has treated me utilizing both prolotherapy and PIT that has resulted in permanent pain relief. He is a wonderful, smart, compassionate doctor that I would highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain.

I had been experiencing chronic knee pain and was referred to Doctor Reeves by others in the gymnastics community. Shortly after one prolotherapy treatment i was back to taking 15 foot falls to the trampoline from with no pain like when I was significantly younger where before I would be writhing in pain. Dr. Reeves and his team are extremely welcoming and patient. I highly recommend his services.

Truly one of the most awful medical experiences I've ever endured. I had prolotherapy and I would not recommend it to anybody. Pain was almost intolerable during the procedure and it didn't fix the problem. I was appalled that I was asked to consent to an additional expense and also pay when I was under the influence of heavy pain medication and disoriented to the extent I couldn't stand nor walk on my own. Recovery took at least 2 weeks and I had extensive bruising. I also thought praying was creepy. What medical doctor does that with patients? Keep in mind I was very medicated and felt like I was going to throw up at the time. There was at least one other person in the room at the time and was told she was his wife or possibly daughter. I'm not sure if she was an RN or just an observer.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review for a doctor before. But, because of Dr. Reeves' amazing work and heart, it feels necessary and important to leave these remarks, to tell others about his practice. He is a saint. After struggling with a pernicious injury, seeing countless doctors on four different continents, and not really getting anywhere in terms of pain relief, I found Dr. Reeves. He is truly brilliant, gifted, compassionate, and at the cutting edge of his field/research/treatment. I am continually bowled over by his knowledge and experience, his kindness, and his ability to help heal. He has a tremendous heart, as well as being a whiz-bang doctor and researcher. His staff are composed of a number of angels. They are the sweetest and most loving nurses I have ever dealt with and they all truly care about your healing.
Even though a treatment consists of being, basically, a human pincushion (they truly do make it as comfortable as possible!), I look forward to my appointments so that I can be in the presence of these lovely human beings and to know that I am receiving the best possible care. Thank you, Dr. Reeves and staff!!

After years of dealing with chronic shoulder, upper back pain and frequent headaches I found relief with prolotherapy and Dr. Reeves. I had tried every avenue of non-surgical treatment for soft tissue pain: chiropractic visits including activators, manipulation, ultrasound, elctrical stim, cervical decompression, physical therapy, ART , deep tissue massage and accupuncture.
Non of these treatments provided relief. After one treatment of prolotherapy I no longer had daily headaches and my neck and upper back discomfort improved over 75 % . I longer had the constant irritation of discomfort and could return to exercise, yoga, cycling, etc. Just had my second treatment and looking forward to continued improvement. Dr. Reeves is so knowledgeable and caring. Never hurries with patients and is very thorough. A very giving and Christian man who I would highly recommend.
