He talked down to me and my husband the entire appointment, then gave the wrong diagnosis. I went to get a second opinion and the next doctor I went to said he couldn’t believe Dr. Gibby had told me something so wrong.

I love Riverwoods Imaging. Every time I come in the office I am immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff. The wait is never long even when the office looks like it should be!! I love Beth and her staff in the back they are always so caring and make sure that I have a great experience. They also send a thank you card each time I come to visit. Dr. Gibby has been a great doctor. He is so kind and makes sure I understand what the process is before we even get started. I really recommend going here!! I know I will never go anywhere else!

Rude, arrogant. Did not ask me any questions about my illness. Did not look at affected area. Insulted me about my weight and the visit ended. Will NEVER return. Do not waste your time or money on a Dr. who cares so little for his patients. Felt like I was on an assembly line. Staff was EXCELLENT. Dr. was an arrogant monster.

Terrible experience. He had the medical student do some of the work during my surgery and I ended up with permanent nerve damage. BEWARE.

Too bad the rating on this site doesnt apply strictly to the Dr. because I feel it doesnt give a true rating to him, but to the office as a whole.Wish I would've done my homework before coming here! The Dr. is rude , has no bedside manner and very rough in surgery. Felt alot of pain during the surgery. Went back for the follow up 2 days after and was instructed to cut my bandages off myself by the nurse. Isnt that her job? Still in pain. Talked to others who went elsewhere and had no pain during surgery and treated much better. Feel like I was charged an inflated price and not told upfront the cost of the surgery. Wouldnt recommend this Dr. to anyone!

Had a good experience at Dr. Gibby's imaging center. Great staff, and he was fantastic. I really enjoyed my time there, aside from the pain I was in. Very good experience.

Dr. Gibby is an outstanding physician. The facilities were clean and new, staff was wonderful and helpful. I was able to see Dr. Gibby within a few days of calling for an appointment and waited for only a few moments in the waiting room. Dr. Gibby was extremely patient with me as he explained my diagnosis and took quite a bit of time with me. I left not only knowing what my diagnosis was after my MRI, but also what to do to treat it.

Dr. Gibby is rude and condescending. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours before I was even called to be seen. His staff is great, but I have a feeling that is because they are always trying to make up for his bedside manner. Do not got to him!
