Don't go here, no follow up after first appt. Office manager is pathetic

My appointment was for 3:45 i arrived at 3:30 as requested. and i waited in the dr office until after 5:00 before he saw me. i believe the issue is with the staff.

I hate writing a comment that isn't stellar, but I can't get this office to return my calls. They don't answer the phone ever and if you want to meet with the doctor you have to have your referring doctor set the appointment for you. Evidently the "Doctor phone calls" Option 1 the staff does answer. The lady in charge of surgery schedules will have you call your insurance company to see if you have coverage. ?? My insurance company asked me questions I had no medical training to answer and asked me to have the doctors office call. Which of course, I couldn't get them to return my call. I even left lengthy voice messages explaining the problem of communication. Needless to say I could not do the surgery. Need to go somewhere where the Doctor's have decent staff and the Doctors pay attention to the operations of their office.
