Made appt. for my SICK child- had 4 kids waiting with me. I normally would NOT have seen him because his reputation among mothers here is NOT GOOD! Some refusing to EVER see him again. I thought I'll have a chance to see if these rumors about him have any legitimacy. In the 25 mins. that I dealt with him, he proved the rumors accurate! A drug rep. had walked in after I had been waiting with the kids for @ 10 mins. AFTER having made my co-pay. I watched the drug rep. walk to the window and speak to the receptionist. Then I watched the receptionist go back and talk to "Dr. John" and then the drug rep. was directed in back!!! I got up & looked and there to my incredulousness was the DRUG REP. WITH NO APPOINTMENT talking to Dr. John after I had been waiting for 25 min. w/ 4 kids and a sick child!! I demanded my co-pay back and the receptionist said it was "non-refundable". It was refunded after I started shouting about what just happened! Others waiting were in disbelief as well! Idiot!
