I went in for severe neck pain. This doctor did not explain my condition well, nor did he give me any options for my treatment. Instead he sent me for two MRIs without telling me why, then refused to see me again to discuss the results. I got to find out that i need surgery via voicemail. When I called back, they wouldnt talk to me about why, but told me the surgery would be on my shoulder (a separate problem... not what i went in for!) & that there is nothing they can do about my neck
