Dr. Wood is as real as it gets. He is upfront and honest with you. He helped bring my little girl into this world in a flawless way. I couldn't have had a better doctor or a better hospital (Miami Valley).

I couldn't imagine giving birth with any other doctor. He was incredibly supportive of my desire to have a natural birth, despite being in a typical hospital setting, and did everything in his power to help me achieve my goal. Of the doctors in the practice, he was the one I was most comfortable with, and it was through his intervention during my labor that prevented me from needing a cesarean. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Dr Wood delivered my daughter in 2001 and both my life and the life of our daughter was saved because of him. He was more than just a doctor when it came to treating me. He truly listens and has so much compassion for his patients. He took time to answer all questions and calm fears when faced with scary odds. He offered a different form or ways of treatment that my husband and I were comfortable with and I always felt safe. During my lengthy hospital stay he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and that truly mattered to him. During my stay, he came in when the nurse was changing my bed sheets. He first checked on me in the chair because I looked miserable. After he knew I was fine he immediately rushed over to the nurse and helped her make my bed. How many doctors do things like that. He is the best in my book!!

Great Doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Wood, especially for someone looking to have a natural, unmedicated childbirth. He took time at each appointment to listen to questions and provided thoughtful answers. He was very supportive through the whole process.

Dr. Wood delievered my daughter, while he was a OBGYN at his previous hospital. He was initial suppose to leave prior to before my wife was scheduled to deliver and was not taking new patient. He remained on long until my daughter was born and performed the delivery when the time came. He goes the extra mile for patient.

I've already rated this doctor, however he just delivered my last child 2 weeks ago. If I would have had any other ob/gyn my daughter wouldn't be here today. He trusted his instincts, and delivered her. Had he waited, the outcome would have been completely different. Why go to any other ob/gyn when you can go to the very best!

Dr. Wood is the best doctor I've ever met. He is the kind of doctor everyone dreams of having. He's just amazing and caring and soft spoken. Every female in my family goes to him and we all think he is amazing. He will take the time to talk to you and actually listen to your problems and help you work through them. You just dont find doctors like that anymore.

Dr. Wood delivered my first and third child. He is absolutely amazing! Even though he had a plane to catch, he stayed to see my daughter delivered (via c-section) before running out of the hospital. With my third child I had complications. He was very empathetic to what I was going through, answered all of my questions, and made sure that both me and my baby were safe. I would absolutely not trust any other doctor to care for me during pregnancy. Dr. Wood makes you feel like you are his only patient, and gets to know you and your family. I've been to several other Doctor's for Gyn and for other issues and none of them come close to compairing to him.

I've worked with this doctor both as a patient and as a nurse. He is a wonderful, knowledgable doctor who truly cares about his patients and works hard to provide the best care possible.
