Dr Horlacher is extremely knowledgable, open-minded, humble, compassionate and so very skilled in the delivery room. I have been a patient for 7 yrs....and what an honor that is. Love this man.

i love Dr. Horlacher!! He truly is an amazing Doctor who cares about the women who are in his care. Without dr. Horlacher & Wood i may not have had my son.

I think that Dr. Horlacher's level of service must be diminishing with time, because as I read all of these positive reviews I am wondering if we are reviewing the same doctor? I recognize that Dr. Horlacher has been practicing a long time and some of the reviewers feel that makes him an expert, but medicine has changed DRAMATICALLY since he passed his boards in the 1970s. In my opinion, he has failed to keep up with the times.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. HORLACHER FOR 23 YEARS. HE DELIVERED 2 OF MY CHILDREN AND HE IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR/PERSON. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND ALWAYS WANTS TO KNOW HOW YOU'RE DOING. A COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR WITH A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER. HE ALWAYS ASKS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS AND I HAVE NEVER FELT RUSHED IN ALL THE 23 YEARS I HAVE GONE TO HIM. ALSO, HE HAS A WONDERFUL STAFF THERE, ESPECIALLY PATTI WHO IS ALSO WONDERFUL, CARING AND COMPASSIONATE !! I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR, OFFICE, AND STAFF TO ANYONE !! I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM.

I absolutely loved this practice. Everyone in the office was super friendly. I had the best care and felt extremely comfortable with the practice. I now live in Chicago and am pregnant. I really wish I could deliver with Dr. Horlacher again! He was amazing.

Dr. Horlacher is a money grubbing Dr. and when I had to switch my insurances from Anthem to Medicaid my level of care diminished. I was high risk and because of his lack of concern my son was born severely disabled. He ran outta room inside me and Dr. Horlacher said that everything was fine, would not act on my concerns. My son passed away because of his diabilites. I went to Dr. Horlacher for 8 months and everything was always fine, until my son was born and then he was so apoligetic. It was too late then. Im pregnant again with twins and I am hopefully going to a real specialtist this time.

I absolutely love Dr. Horlacher! I was seeing another OBGYN for several years, and my husband and I were struggling with infertility. After changing OB's from my previous to Dr. Horlacher, I felt so much more cared for and listened too. We tried for 18 months to get pregnant and within 1 month of being with Dr. Horlacher, I was pregnant. The staff is so courteous and wonderful and all of the docs in the office are extremely nice and caring. He gave me his cell phone number early on in my pregnancy and told me not to bother with the medical society because he would rather hear from me anyways. I've only called him 2 times outside of seeing him, but when he calls me back, he never seems frustrated or upset that I called outside of "business" hours. I will not be leaving this office EVER! I really can't say enough good things! I usually have to wait a while for my appointments but its all worth it to me!

I have been Jim's patient for 30 years, and he has delivered my children, taken care of my overall health in so many ways, supported me through breast cancer, and has been my enduring friend. How lucky I am to have this caring competent, wonderful doctor.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR DR. HORLACHER. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR 25 YEARS. YES, YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT AWHILE BUT IT'S BECAUSE HE TRUELY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND WILL ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE. CONSIDER YOUR WAIT TIME WHILE HE IS GIVING YOU THE SAME SAME QUALITY TIME AS YOU WAITED FOR. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND YOU DON'T FEEL AS IF YOU'RE ON AN ASSEMBLY LINE AND HE'S IN A HURRY TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT (TIME IS MONEY). HE IS FUNNY, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, AND A LONG LIST OF OTHER WONDERFUL THINGS. I HATE THE THOUGHT OF HIM RETIRING AND HOPE IT'S NOT ANYTIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!

He is an amazing doctor! He delivered my baby and help to ease my panic. He is kind and funny and very knowledgeable! I love his practice and everyone that works in it. They are all very nice and helpful!
