This Dr. used to be nice, since that rude nurse came to his office. He was like edgy and rude as well.
His nurse was extremedly rude to me personsly and on the phone as well and decided to personally let Dr. Bernick know and to my surprise he took her side and he hanged up on me.
This was disappointing after having him as my Dr. for so many years. It seemed like he was a different person.
He took the nurses side...and defended her...hmm?

I had a humiliating experience in this office. A relatively simple procedure was extremely painful -- and I was not made aware of what to expect ahead of time. Once the procedure was done, to my surprise, the doctor did not even indicate a sense of empathy, rather, made me feel as if I failed to "deal with it". His office manager was later rude to me both in person and on the phone. She was a loud-mouth bully. When I confronted her, she hanged the phone in my face... A couple of days later I received a letter from the office that they are "no longer interested" in serving me. In short -- humiliating and mean place.

Please be aware! This doctor put me on medication that could have given me a stroke. I was never informed of the risk or that this medication would even interfere with any prior conditions. The nurses were extremely rude and cold. When I had a serious issue, I heard responses like "you're fine" as they pushed me out of the door. When I called the office manager, Susan I believe, she laughed in the phone as I expressed my concerns. Scary enough that the doctor provided extremely poor, possibly life threatening medication, but to make matters worse the office is a horrendous business. I would never return here, nor advise any of my friends or family to go to his office.

So glad I found Dr. Bernick almost 3 years ago. Front office staff are always friendly, I never wait more than 15 minutes max to see him and he is always friendly but most of all, professional. Makes you feel at ease, he's very knowledgeable, explain everything properly and doesn't rush you. A true gem!

BEST OB/GYN EVER! HE HAS DELIVERED BOTH OF MY CHILDREN AND HE IS THE BEST! TAKES THE TIME WITH HIS PATIENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DR IN THE BOCA AREA!

Dr. Bernick is truly a knowledgeable and caring doctor who took the time to explain to me my ailment. He's attentive and I am impressed by the time he took to ensure that I was in the right hands. Thank you for your time and making me feel comfortable. I recommend this doctor and must say that his professionalism helped ease my concerns.

Dr. Bernick is the BEST!! He has delivered 2 babies (both c-sections). My last pregnancy was high risk and after a complicated delivery, he called me and checked on my daily. He always took the time to personally answer my calls. I am one of his longest patients since medical school and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a traditional caring and genuine doctor with incredible knowledge and skill in this field.

The doctor is very nice, however they forgot to run the blood work I requested. I specifically asked if they would participate with my insurance and they said yes and ensured me that everything would be fine. At the end, I had a balance and they simply said my insurance didn't pay. They send me to collections right away, so I didn't have time to settle with my insurance. Now I am requesting my records and they tell me that they will only work on it when the doctor is not there?.... Since I saw them, I found a new doctor and I'm very happy with him.

Great doctor. Very helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. He is a good listener and will get the the root of your problem if you have one. His nurse Kelly is wonderful. Great doctors in the whole practice.
