I love Dr Serralta. She tested me until she figured out the problem. Never giving up!

Expensive! Not worth the time and money. Did not give a thorough first time patient assessment. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

The wait time is horrible but understandable since the providers do spend their time with you. The checkout process is horrible, there should be more than one person helping check out. The staff is horrible, calls are not returned promptly and when they are, the staff has no clue as to what you need (didn't listen to your message) and do not follow through to make sure it gets taken care of. The providers, Dr. Serralta and Karen are both wonderful, it is just a shame that the staff and MA's are not.

Spends minimal time with patients. Front office staff interrogates when purchasing over the counter items such as lotions. Check out wait time is absurd considering no one is ahead of you. They try to force you to come in as much as possible even though you were just seen recently. Prescription refills are a nightmare.
