Dr. Brereton has been my doctor for over 20 years and now is my children's. She is very persistent and amazing! she has helpped my whole family in many ways and always values a second opinion when it comes to my children and I couldn't ask for a better Doctor

Dr. Brereton has been my Doctor for at least fifteen years, and is now also my daughter's Doctor. I always feel heard, understood and her attention to the details is amazing. She pays close attention to my needs, answers all of my questions and calms my concerns. Thank you so much Doctor Brereton for being my Doctor.

Well never see her again. She has been my Doctor ever since I was a kid. She has an archaic approach to things. Is typically annoyed that you are there. She has rolled her eyes at my questions on multiple occasions. Almost always waiting 15-30 minutes past your actual appointment before you are seen.

Dr. Sheila Brereton has been my doctor for the past 22 years. She was also my mother's doctor and exceptional in taking care of my mom's health and concerns. She is also my siblings' family doctor now. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She is very thorough and has a very sharp mind. There has also been a good improvement in her staff's response time to phone calls and inquiries/concerns over the years. I hope it stays that way. You will (at times) wait longer for your appointment with Dr. Brereton but it is a small price to pay for the medical professionalism she gives you.

Has been my Doctor for about 30 years. Greater patient friendly, care have been implemented over time. So glad when she moved into the larger office with windows.

Dr. Sheila Brereton is the best in the business, .. she treated me and my family with care and professionalism for 15 year until i moved away from the area. She is the most through Dr. I've ever had and doesn't hesitate to make a referral to a specialist when needed. She is through and takes extra time with patients ( including me and my family) She is definitely worth the wait when that sometimes happens. If i could have a Dr like Dr. Brereton in eastern Ontario, ... i would sign up in a heart beat. The team at Credit Valley is fortunate to have her there.

I was always kept waiting for 30-45 min for scheduled appointments and when you are there, it seems like she is annoyed that you are wasting her time. The last straw was when i went in, concerned with some abnormal symptoms in my 1st pregnancy her response was, "u may just have to accept that this pregnancy is not viable. It happens a lot."
