This doctor abandoned me after removing two tumors from my stomach. The procedure was done in his surgical center when it should have been done in the hospital. I ended up in the hospital as an emergency because he burn too much of my stomach. Was there one week and never bothered to go see me. Should have sued him.

I found Dr Nattakom to be caring, interested and very well informed and very good at what he does....His staff however seem to be more interested in getting home to their families or other interests than helping patients. It makes me wonder how much the doctors know about what goes on at the receptionist desk or on the phone. Getting in to see Dr. Nattakom is usually a nightmare just to make an appointment.

Dr. Nattakom was very thorough with his explanation prior to the procedure and following with the results. As anxious as one could be undergoing a colonoscopy, he was very reassuring.

Dr. Nattakom did a endoscopy on me and did not inform me of the issues that occurred while under anesthesia. Suppose to have a 2 to 3 day recovery period with sore throat that turned into 8 days of pain and anguish. Neither the doctor or his staff got back with me after multiple calls and complaints about not being able to swallow. Had to go to an urgent care and hospital to be taken care of after Dr. Nattakom would not call or make me an appointment for follow up. When asked for his NPI the nurse was rude and hung up on me. Regret ever being referred or allowing him to treat me as I am still in pain and have no diagnosis to show for it. I am worse than I before I was "treated" by this physician.

This doctor stares you down, does not care to hear what you have to say and does not follow up with you after a procedure. He does not return phone calls. I should have gone to another doctor as I wasted my time and money.
