Dr. Virginia W. Kladder's Credentials

Biography

Dr. Virginia Kladder joined PartnerMD in May 2004. Her specialist interests include how health issues uniquely affect men and women. Some of these areas include the management of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hypothyroidism. Dr. Kladder is dedicated to providing quality primary care with a focus on prevention. “Having fewer patients gives you so much more time to care for and develop good and lasting relationships with them individually,” said Dr. Kladder. Dr. Kladder received her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000. As a graduate of MCV’s Internal Medicine/Women’s Health residency program, Dr. Kladder gained extensive training in gynecology and breast health. She is devoted to the education, proactive care and management of individuals, as well as couples and families. Before coming to PartnerMD, Dr. Kladder served as a provider at Richmond’s VA Medical Center and as a physician with expertise in bone health and osteoporosis. She has also worked in the VA's Metabolic Bone Clinic. Dr. Kladder, a native to Richmond, enjoys reading, walking and spending quality time with friends and family, including her husband and two children.
