While I think Dr Digiovanni is a fine doctor, His staff and the way this office is run is the most unprofessional and negligent medical facility I have ever experienced. The wait times are horrendous, so they obviously overbook. I had called there office at least 3 times for a prescription refill, and the prescription was never refilled and I never received a call back as requested. When I requested my medical records so I could leave the practice they only provided me with my records from their office, when I inquired where my previous records were that I brought in when I moved from out of state a few years before they told me that they only use those as a "reference" and no longer had them. AKA they threw them out! Totally unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Digivanni has been my first male Dr. Initially I felt apprehensive, however, I have to say that I prefer him or any male Dr. that share the same medical professionalism as his as my Dr. any day over the desensitized female Doctors (women doctors nowadays are awful not as they used to be). Dr. Digiovanni has made me feel rushed nor that he was not listening, he takes his time to ask you how you are feeling and if there's anything you need, he even wrote me a letter when I was pregnant and took time to visit me when I gave birth. He has always comes across as caring and very professional as well as knowledgeable. He has truly changed my perspectives about male doctors over female doctors. I would never change him.

I love this doctor, He has changed my views on having a male OBGYN. He is polite, respectful, professional, just an excellent doctor. He always takes his time to listen and answer your questions, and never rushes when examining you, etc. I would highly recommend him.
