Cocerning the care of my elderly mother- no phone calls returned, mother was getting worse the longer she was in the hospital and do not know why because no contact with doctor. It has been 3 weeks and still no talking with the family. Do not understand why certain medications were given to her. Now my mother is very confused, agitated and depressed. She is not herself!

I've been seeing Dr. Lango for over a year now and i am very pleased with how down-to-earth she is and easy to talk to. She always explains her plan of care and what she thinks is best for your health. It does however take a little longer for the girls in the office to call back when you have a concern but when they do, they always have the answers to the questions i've asked. Very pleased!

Dr. Lango-Mader is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot! She takes the time to listen to me, and really seems to care. She explains everything in a way that I understand, and isn't arrogant like some of the other doctors I have see.

She hasn't returned my phone calls and has not helped my grandmother. When she spoke to me about hospice she not only did not really allow me to speak but she assumed I agreed with her. She was also clearly trying to sell me on hospice instead of allowing my family and I to make the decision ourselves. How could we make this decision when the doctor hadn't even told us what was wrong with my grandmother. Now my granmother is in the emergency room because someone ordered that she was to have nothing by mouth. There were no orders for her to fed any other way. My grandmother went approx. 3 days without food or water except for what she got with her meds. I don't know if the good doctor ordered this but she should have at least been aware.
