She misdiagnosed my Arthritis as Tennis elbow and then snapped at me when I questioned this diagnosis. I saw her 8 times in 5 months and she never once mentioned the word arthritis. When I asked her if that is what I have, she said that that was a "no brainer." She put me on methotrexate. I have had two doctors tell me that I should NOT have been put on that medication. She did nothing to address the pain I was in. The office staff, namely Lisa, can be quite rude. On my last visit to the office, I fell in the parking lot. I sprained my ankle and broke my foot. I often spent 45 minutes to and hour in the waiting room. She complained during every visit that she didn't know how to use her own computer system and found it funny. Needless to say, I will never see Dr. Trout again.
