Drs office called my mother as emergency next of kin and scared heck out of my mother because of an insurance question about myself. Completely unprofessional! Send a letter or a bill but don't leave my mother an emergency next of kin message as if I died! All for a $70 insurance question. Billion person should be fired. I am sure that's a HIPAA violation.
