This guy is truly not worth the visit. Staff sucks. No desire to help patients.

Dr. Rademaker is great! Staff can be disorganized.

DO Rademaker is unprofessional, demeaning, and envious. If you challenge what he prescribed, he will mock you and find others to join in to mock you behind the scenes. He blamed me as the cause of my family member's condition, which was completely unrelated. Trust your family's lives with a real medical doctor who went to an actual medical school and knows how to treat people with dignity and respect. On top of this, he kept asking about my vacations and became verbally hostile over my vacations. ???? I did not feel safe with this DO.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Rademaker is kind-hearted and is diligent to help you find the source of the allergy. A young lady on his staff told me he is thorough in finding the problem for his patients. My experiences in this place have been nothing but pleasant.

Girls at front desk are ignorant, uncaring, and incompetant. I taked to staff in may to get my daughter in she hives, itching in her mouth, tightness in chest. before I set appointment we discussed her leaving for college aug 11. school is 3+ hours away and worries of anaphylactic shock. I was told no problem, plenty of time. We waited 6 weeks to see him for consultation. Then staff says next opening aug 15? I ask if they can put her on a list if someone cancels. She says No we don't do That.. it is already July 8 . She is still having hives. i explained again about college. they dont care! we argue , they schedule her for the 18 and aug 8. We go in on the 8th(hour drive) and he isn't in on Fridays! Their mistake! We were told they called one of our numbers on july 12 and we didn't answer and sent a mailer. we did't receive! They could have told her the 18. So spent a lot of money. Child still sick! She leaves for college with no medical care. Dr was nice. If you get to see him!
