The doctor was a very pompous and disrespectful thing. I would never have him touch my eyes.

Dr. Casey seemed knowledgable when I first met him. After my 3rd visit to him I was ready to pull my hair out. His opinion, rather it's based on the current problem or not is the ONLY opinion. He talks down to you and is extremely patronizing. His attitude comes over as a "I am Doctor among doctors." The optometry dept there is my favorite. I can't say that about Dr. Casey. I wouldn't go back to him if everything was free!

Dr. Casey performed Lasiks on my left eye back in June of 2012. I was so nervous, even though my husband had Dr. Casey perform his Lasik surgery the year before with great results. He talked to me the whole time during the surgery in order to keep me calm. I was surprised at how well I did. I am very happy with the results. I have not had to use my reading glasses since. I have seen him in the office for follow ups a few times since the surgery and he is always very pleasant and takes the time to speak with me regarding my concerns. His staff is also very nice.

At age 58 I went to Dr. Casey for a 2nd opinion on cataracts that I'd had 3-4 years. Dr. Casey recommended cataract surgery because my cataracts should have been on someone 10 years older. He gave me 2 lens choices and the prices. He thoroughly explained cataract surgery and what he expected the outcome to be. I had lots of questions and he patiently answered them. I had 2 separate outpatient surgeries and both were successful. There was very little discomfort and to my amazement my vision is 20/25. I only wear glasses when I drive for distance. Dr. Casey is experienced, competent, knowledgeable, kind, and loves what he does. I've had no problems with his staff and highly recommend him. The best news is everyone says I look a lot younger without glasses!!!

His receptionists were awful. They denied my debit card after one try and sent me home. I then returned the next day and showed them my account. Instead of an apology they said "Well the next card went through just fine" The tall skinny older lady kept giving my 3 yr old dirty looks and my daughter was standing and holding my hand. She did not act out or mess up the place. They just hate kids. I was there for over 2 hours for a contact check up only. The techs were great. The doctor saw me for 2 minutes and did not give me a chance to ask questions or complain about his receptionists. By the way, one lady who verified my next appointment, admitted their debit/credit machine has been acting up recently. Again no apologies. So I am not going back and I urge anyone that goes and if they have a bad encounter with the front people to try and complain as well. I was treated like garbage, but gave them over 250.00 dollars that day!

He claimed he was a better eye doctor, for the fact that he was opthalmology and not just a optometrist. However, he kept pushing lasik after I repeatedly said I wouldn't be interested in it for a few more years. He was very condescending and honestly I felt like he was very unhelpful. Every time I would ask a question about my eyes, somehow it got right back to lasik. It was extremely irritating to the point where I finally gave up and politely ended the appointment, paid and left. when I got home I realized he gave me a pamphlet for lasik. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I was completely appalled by the service he gave. I would highly not recommend this doctor. I am currently trying to find a new eye doctor.

I found Dr. Casey to be very thorough in his examination. He took his time to explain carefully what was wrong with my eyes and what I needed to do for my vision to be better. I found him to very compassionate. It was a good experience for me to have seen him.

This doc is a TOOL. Very unhelpful, tries to talk above you. Told me that I didn't have the symtoms I have. Turned my eyelid inside out and left it that way for me to blink it back in place. When I said "that really hurt" he shrugged and said it takes pain for a good eye exam. I will not go back for my follow up and will find a new caring professional doctor. By the way he wanted to touch my eye without washing his hands and had the worst BAD BREATH I have ever Encounterd. AWEFUL, AWEFUL, AWEFUL! Stay away
