The staff is a reflection on the doctors practice. The staff is not reliable when it comes to filling out paperwork for patients in a timely manner. I called to check on my childs forms after over a week of waiting and the person that's in charge of the paperwork told me the doctor had not filled out her half of the paperwork therefor they could not give me my paperwork. I informed them that I would not be bringing my children back and that I would find a new doctor. The girl on the phone just said okay and hung up the phone. Unprfessional not helpful and refused to give my son a vaccination that he needed for school without a physical even though my son had a physical six months ago. With his previous doctor.
