Horrible horrible horrible. Completely inaccurate information, focused on only one method, and only cares about the number on a scale. Quite an insensitive doctor who ignores all serious symptoms and attributes it all to weight (despite what blood work shows). Glad to have found a new doctor who is able to adjust my medicine enough that I finally feel better now.

Dr. Philip Rabito is the best endocrinologist in New York City. He is the first doctor I've ever had to consistently monitor and treat my Hashimoto's thyroiditis over the years. Dr. Rabito is skilled at determining the proper dosage and follow up on changes such as weight loss and other issues for my thyroid maintenance. Dr. Phil, as I like to call him, has also helped me manage my weight loss. I've lost 40 pounds over the years with his supervision, accountability, and fine-tuning every step of the way to help guarantee weight loss goals, maintenance, and success. Dr. Rabito is also up on the latest medical research. He can break down the findings in layman's terms so you can apply them to the medical regimen he's prescribed for you.
Most importantly, he is caring and loyal. He follows through promptly when there's an issue and will help you figure it out until there's a diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Phil! A doctor who will never abandon you and your care.

Dr Rabito and his staff are by far the best. He is kind, caring and professional. You do not find this quality in many doctors, to them you are just a name, with Dr. Rabito it's like you are family. His staff goes above and beyond to help you.

Dr. Rabito is amazing! If you've ever struggled with weight loss, you must go see this doctor. I initially found him online and saw him because I was struggling with losing the last 10 pounds of baby weight. The nutrition and exercise counseling provided by Dr. Rabito was invaluable. Not only did I quickly lose the baby weight, but as a result of his guidance I was also able to adopt a whole new lifestyle without feeling like I'm making huge sacrifices. Thank you Dr. Rabito!

I am from Canada. I have type 2 diabetes problem for some time now but it seems that the medication I have been taking do not give me the desired result. My cousin who is a nurse at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan introduced me to Dr. Rabito. When I started the medication and regimen prescribed by Dr. Rabito, I lost 15 lbs in two months and my A1C decreased to normal level. It's been five months since I worked with Dr. Rabito for my diabetes and thyroid problem. I have since lost around 25 lbs. I highly recommend him to those seeking a good endocrinologist.

Hello everyone who is planning to see this Dr. If I can recomend to anyone who has a trouble with thyroid...dont go to this doctor. He is like a insurancedoctor. His opinions are very narrow, doesnt want to talk about other options of treatement. When I was in his office I had a feeling he is "The Boss". and he knows the best. Didnt want to listen my concerns and my opinions about MY health status. Didnt even asked symptoms. When I told him I think I have hypothyroidism he looked up blood results and prescribed me meds right away. What scares me the most I felt like I have more knowledge about my condition than him and he should be responsible for my system? No way!!! If you are brave enough or if you have no other option :( ... good luck with him.
