Everything went fine until I realized that I would have to pay the upfront cost even though my insurance confirmed that they pay 100%. I called insurance and so did they with all of the codes needed and the insurance confirmed that they would pay. They said it was their policy to make the customer pay the price upfront and they would pay you back after the insurance paid their part. I do not have that kind of money and after wasting time for the first appointment and wasting the copay I had to pay, I now have to find a doctor that will charge the insurance like most medical institutions normally do.
