I met Dr. Arenstein through my general doctor who had been struggling to treat my sinus issue for over a year now. Upon arrival, I was greeted by smiley faces at the front: The staff was very professional and extremely nice. I actually witnessed them resolve an issue with another patient that was just being difficult by refusing to sign the office paperwork. Even though this woman patient was loud and disrespectful, the staff addressed her professionally and with a calm demeanor. I was very impressed with their conduct. I then moved forward to see Dr. Arenstein, who was very patient and listened to my history of illness. He immediately knew what was wrong and gave me all options i had to get better. This practice has been the best healthcare center that I visited this year so far. Thank you Dr. Arenstein and staff for your professionalism!

I went to him with symptoms that required thorough tests and diagnosis. He cares, communicates well, and never gives up until he finds out what is the cause of your symptom, and he simply explains the treatment options. I highly recommend him. Great communication is the key here.

A good listener and very thorough in his exam, and the tests he ordered. I felt he did the best there was to be done. He called me promptly when the test results came in, and had a referral ready with that call. The practice did not seem overly crowded and office staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I went to see him with a really bad case of tonsilitis. He was not sure what I had. He just gave me penicillin and told me to go home. I could not even swallow or speak. I wrote down all my symptoms and he didnt even look at the list. He have me 5 minutes and moved on to the next patient. He ordered me a strep test which of course came back negative as I had every symptom of Tonsilitis, not strep. He just keeps asking to make appointments to milk me for money instead of spending time and solving the problem. He will not take messages from his patients or return calls without appointments. Some doctors just want money, like they dont have enough already.

I've seen Michael Arenstein several times for sinus problems. I have always been very happy with the amount of time he has spent understanding my problems, educating me, and answering questions.
