The doctor was great. Very gentle manner and considerate. However, the staff is terrible. I have had to go to walk-in clinics to get medical care for my kids, due to the staff not answering the phones, or the phones being busy constantly (I wonder what would happen in an emergency...hmmmmm).

Each experience I have had with Dr. Siraco has been pleasant. I recommend him (and the entire group he is in).

Staff seems to have improved, we didn't find them very nice when our daughter started see Dr. John about 6 years ago. I like Dr. John, he is very nice and listens to all of our concerns. We have never found him to be patronizing. In fact any doctor we have seen at the practice, definitely takes their time with our daughter.

Dr. Siraco is a quiet, caring, and gentle man. He's very smart and cares a lot about his patients. However, he can sometimes seem patronizing, dismissive, and out-dated. While he'll always tak care of your baby, I do not recommend him for 1st-time mothers.
