I worked here for a while. It was a miserable experience where I was yelled at, hit, and all for payment under the table. She won’t hire black people because she thinks they’ll make her clients uncomfortable. This is quoted from another assistant I worked with, who knew her.

I called out sick with the flu and she forced me to come in so that she could work on me and see if I was actually ill. Terrible employer unless you like being stabbed for $7 an hour and no benefits.

I am a Physician's Assistant in Lake Mary and just finished a course of treatment with Dr. Liau in Lake Mary for my Tendonitis which prevent me from playing golf for the last 6 months. I was amazed how Eastern Medicine was able to take care of my problem within just 2 weeks where I have been struggle with it for the last 6 months by taking pain medications. I am very grateful to have met Dr. Liau and her staff in making me feel comfortable in receiving treatments. Dr. Liau has the wisdom of a very experienced doctor which even my boss at work was amazed on how well my Tendonitis had healed after he did some X-Rays. Thank you again Dr. Liau!

Me and my wife had a great Thanksgiving all because of Dr. Liau. She fixed my 2 herniated discs in my lower back due to a recent car accident and she also fixed my wife’s tendonitis that she suffers from work. As a result of a few weeks of treatment, we were able to travel and engage in outdoor activities with no problem. We also like the family package rate that the office offers which makes it affordable for us. We would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Liau for any pain management.

Recent traveler from Chicago with post spinal surgery issues. I get acupuncture wherever I can find it because its much better than taking many meds. She came highly recommended and she made it feel as relaxing as its supposed to be. Dr. Liau is very professional and thats what im used to dealing with. Will be seeing her again upon my next visit!

I have been a patient of Dr. Liau’s now for several years and acupuncture has been working wonderfully for me so I decided to bring my 12 year old son in to see Dr. Liau. Long story short, my son has been having a lot of attitude problems at home such as anger issues and outbursts some violent towards me and his siblings. To my amazement, Dr. Liau’s strong counseling background was extremely helpful in treating my son. After only six treatments, my son’s temperament has drastically improved. I would recommend acupuncture for any age adolescents as well as adults.

While well versed re her own modality, she also claims expert knowledge of alternatives (where she proved to be quite ignorant on at least one). While I had an excellent outcome with her treatment, I found her to be arrogant, dismissive, rude, and disrespectful -- need i go on? to add insult to injury, she was not gentle working on the painful areas -- those little needles can be (but shouldn't be) very painful. I think there are enough quality acupuncturists in the area that one needn't have to tolerate the shoddy bedside manner. She pushes her herbal supplements, but the markup isn't terrible. She wanted me to use a cream that seemed to have no curative value based on the listed ingredients. When I queried her about it she stated that there were hidden ingredients. Speechless.
