I had heard good things about greenwood family eye so I was looking forward to going for an eye exam. I was very disappointed with the experience however. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and barely said hello. Thinking that maybe I caught them on a bad day I just brushed it off. However I had to call on a different day to try and set up an appointment and the lady who answered the phone had the same unfriendly attitude. She sounded annoyed to even be talking to me. At the end of the conversation I was the one who told her to have a nice day instead of the other way around. The doctor herself was honestly the only one at the office who ever smiled or was friendly in any way. Please hire new office staff! My other problem was the price! I can't believe all the little extra charges that were added on for things. I have been going to the eye doctor for 20 years and have never seen so many fees added on. I only tried greenwood family eye because I had heard a good review however I will not be going back. There are places with much friendlier staff and reasonable prices in the greenwood/indianapolis area!

Dr. Senac and her staff are very professional, personable, efficient, very knowledgeable, caring, patient, and friendly. Our family would definitely recommend them for all your family's eye care needs.

Amanda and her staff were absolutely incredible. Amanda is so sweet and professional. You can tell she enjoys what she does and is extremely good at it. The supporting staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. I have been changing my eye doctor constantly for over 10 years. No more of that. Amanda is the only onei will see from now on.

Dr. Senac is very thorough, patient, and kind. She makes a trip to the eye doctor relaxing and comfortable. A real asset to Greenwood Family Eyecare. I think I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Senac 3 times, and each time is enjoyable. Very good and knowledgeable; I've had many eye exams over the years that were just "so-so". Each time Dr. Senac has examined by eyes, she's nailed it and I've gotten the correct Rx. A great doctor to have! A Packers fan, but we forgive her, jk.
