As it always seems, the office staff can have their grumpy days, but I've learned to deal with it. I came to Dr. Zub from another PM Group for that very reason, the office staff disrespecting me. From the first visit with Dr. Zub, he has treated me with respect and dignity, and for the most part listens to what I have to say. I saw his PA last time, and we have some issues to work through, but I'm sure when I see Dr. Zub we will get this resolved.

Dr. Zub was exceptional. Not a fun procedure but all were warm, compassionate, kind and nurse even walked me to me car to be sure I was ok. I even got a Snickers because I was a good girl.

Dr. Zub has never been rude to me or my wife we are both patients of Dr. Zub he always listens and tries everything he can to help. We check out doctors before going to them due to all of our medical problems. He was recommend to us by several people. I have been treated with injections by Dr. Zub since 2013 I have DDD (degenerative disc disease) and have been fused at L4-5, L5-S1 the next level above L3-4 is also bad but the injections help and I have not had to go back into surgery for an add on fusion. My fusion was over 10 years ago.

I have never had a doctor be as rude to me as Dr. Zub was. You would think that a doctor that chose pain management as his specialty would have more compassion for his patients. I realize there are a great number of people that are just seeking prescription medicines for recreational use, however, there are people like me who have legitimate pain due to a physical disability. Our daily lives are already hard because of the pain we deal with and we do not need the doctor we are suppose to trust treating us like garbage. Dr. Zub needs to go back to medical school and learn how to care for his patients in the kind and respectful way we need and deserve. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
