Precessional - courteous - class act- can’t say enough about Dr. Miller and his practice

I always look forward to seeing Dr Miller and his staff. Years ago I was apprehensive about getting my first Injectables as a preventative procedure and everyone from the staff to Dr Miller made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision. I’ve gone back time and time again. The receptionist is so sweet and helpful and was always helpful with follow up questions and scheduling. I found they are nothing but professionalism and kindness !

Dr. Miller has office managers that are extremely pushy and simply want to get you signed up for the procedure. It seems like they are working on a commission. Dr. Miller is not a terrible surgeon but most certainly does not listen or understand his patent's needs or aesthetic features. After he operated on me I ended up with a collapsing crooked nostril and over done nose. I looked better before the surgery with my natural nose. The consults were rushed as if he was too busy, I should have seen this as a serious red flag. Sorry, but I cannot trust in Dr. Miller.

To find a Dr. you trust is a hard thing to do even with research. I found Dr. Miller through a friend who works for him and she always said he was the best for anything, especially injectables and she had nose surgery with him.
I had Botox with him about 2 years ago-which I never thought I would do and I love it and his care. I had under ey filler too before my wedding and cheek filler once. The one time I bruised they prepared me each visit I asked about under eye filler by letting me know it is possible I could bruise with that particular injection. They let you plan and prepare and not surprise you. Very happy patient with this office.

There are a ton of doctors in the city and its always hard to know who to trust. I would trust him with not just my face but friends and family. His work is art.

If you are looking for a kind, caring and compassionate doctor who is not looking to see you as just a number-I would suggest taking the time to meet with this doc. I never felt rushed speaking with him or his staff. I always felt my questions were answered fully and not half answered or dismissed. His staff is always courteous with my time while in the office and also going over my schedule when I call or need to move my appointment. All in all I am so happy with him, my results and the way I am treated at a plastics office.
