I saw her one time. She misdiagnosed me, put me on medication that was very strong for no reason (which she did not explain and I read about on the medicine bottle), and because of the misdiagnosis, gave me the opposite treatment for what I had. After a middle of the night ER visit and being correctly diagnosed, I am now on the right path to healing. She denied misdiagnosing me when I tried to talk about it and told me I didn't ask enough questions when I questioned information she didn't give me. During the visit I tried to ask clarifying questions and I did not feel that she was properly answering them or taking them time to think about it. I also did not feel that she was very aware or attentive to my needs during the visit. She was nice, yes, but made a mistake and made me feel bad afterwards. I will not go back. There are many other doctors out there that take time to make sure patients are comfortable and treated correctly.

Very pleasant personality and very knowledgable. I was at first hesitant to have a female Doctor, I am so happy I chose Dr. Shaikh! She doesn't treat you "like a number", has endured all my questions and I never feel rushed, her patience is FANTASTIC! So happy she's my Doctor, consider her highly reccommended! Jeff K.
