The best eye care professional I have ever had! Clear explanations and a great personality... it is obvious that she really cares for her patients... not what I am used to seeing in the medical profession.

Dr Lou was great and very helpful. 5 stars for her. Unfortunately the lenses staff was horrible (minus 5 stars for them)!!! I had an issue with a pair of bifocals. After a recheck of my eyes by Dr Lou, and a reorder of the lenses , the staff stopped returning my calls. The glasses have sat unwearable, and Eyecare Asso. staff does not care.

DR. Shanar Lou is one of a kind, and I'm very happy I met her! She's so nice and understanding, honestly I haven't seen her in a while but I wish I have to go there again or even see her by accident ;) CAJ

Dr. Lou is very professional. Her diagnostic skills are exceptional; she is a keen eye for detail and listens very attentively to each patient's specific needs. I have been present for 3 of her exams (all of my family members have left their optometrist to be seen by her), and she has a very customized approach with every patient. She is outstanding.

she is the best, she's doing a very good job and she is so nice, she cares a lot and she is so sweet!!! to be honest, i'm more than happy just to see her sometimes at CAJ ;))

Do not see her, if your eye condition is complicated. She lost patient after two standard steps and toll me that's it. Follow up with her with my concern was hard, and no responsive for long time. When finally I got chance to talk with her, she talk more than listen. The prescription isn't satisfied, I did not use it. I will go different Dr.
