Dr, Dwyer asked exactly the right questions. Over a period of time my medication seems to be helping my neuropathy. He knows his patients.

I will say that Michelle in the office was great each and every visit and during the couple of phone calls. 1st visit receptionist huge attitude, waited 25 minutes (after scheduled time) before being seen, Dr D was patient and listened. 2nd visit, better from receptionist, waited another 25 mins, Dr D good. 3rd visit initially fine, arrived 10 minutes early, waited 28 mins behind scheduled time, asked receptionist if he was running behind, "He is aware you are waiting." Two minutes later Dr D came to get me. Rushed through my appt (in and out within 6 mins and 14 seconds) I timed it. I am searching for another doctor. I have my own business and would never have a repeat customer ever if my staff or I acted in this manner

Nurse called me with an attitude and I’ve never got a callback from the doctor after having a very bad reaction to a migraine medication he prescribed I asked for something else and they refused to provide an alternative. I have never been treated that way from any doctors office. Staff has a lot to learn

Office staff have the worst attitude and will treat you like garbage. They give you an email so you can communicate with the doctor but it actually goes to the nasty front desk assistant so she can filter them and respond.when they do respond they are short and rude. Dwyer seems to just want to do basic tests and look no further. Unless there is an obviouse and interesting brain anomaly hes not really interested. He Doesn't like a chalanging hard to find problem and would rather mask symptoms with pills than find the root cause. And he LOVES name brand pills.

Office staff has an attitude like they don't want to be there. Doctor seems to feel the same way. Very condescending, detached and arrogant. Stay away from this office, doctor and staff.

There was one person in the front office that was down right rude. The other person bent over backward to help me. I reported this to Dr. Dwyer and he seemed genuinely concerned. I think Dr. Dwyer is an excellent doctor. He nailed my diagnosis after 3 other docs missed it. Down to earth sort of guy -- very professional. I would recommend him (just wish he would get a new office staff)
