She released me from her practice by mail. I saw her one day & she released me the next day. Never mentioned her plans. She had actually referred me to a specialist that same day & told me to set up a time to bring my pressure gauge in to test . I got my records and they were full of what I can only call lies about things she claimed I had said. Complained that I asked questions about "trivial" test results. I think she may have mental health issues & I am sure she has character issues.
