The absolute WORST doctor I have ever been to! He is incredibly RUDE! I left in the middle of the appt! He is so condescending and tried to perform an exam on me even though he said he doesn't treat hemrhhoids! NEVER, ever go to this doctor unless you want to walk out crying!

After the treatment I just received the parking lot I would not take my dog to this office. I had a sick child in the car and one of his employees (bossy black woman) screams at me, waving her finger and ranting that I cannot park where there are no other cars anywhere for 2 minutes. Sorry doc...don't know what kind of doctor you are but my review is find an office where the employees are civil.

It was one of the worst visits to a doctor I have ever encountered. He may be knowledgeable but he is so rude and condescending it was difficult to focus on his advice. His instructions were confusing and contradictory. I will never go back to his office and I would never recommend him to anyone including my worst enemy! I also shared these comments with the doctor that referred me to him. I do not have any idea how he keeps a practice open.

Dr. Jackson seems a knowledgeable and caring doctor, but if you need a colonoscopy, I recommend go elsewhere. Procedure is done at facility in East Montgomery only on Fridays, where you sit for hours in a huge waiting room with dozens of other patients, having fasted and unable to take food or drink. Felt like I was on an assembly line with all the others. Had to report at 8:00, wasn't seen until 1:00. All this time my driver can't leave, and not even a coffee machine in waiting room ! After procedure, experienced intense pain and vomiting. Per post-op instructions, went to ER at Jackson where I threw up in waiting room before they got me in an exam room. Next day (Saturday) ran fever with no other symptoms. Doctor on call for Dr. Jackson said was not related to procedure and contact my primary care physician ! Did not understand why I would think otherwise, like didn't want to be bothered ! Guess problem is more with the system and not with Dr. J. Office staff courteous and helpful.

Dr Jackson may be a great doctor but he was the rudest physician I have ever dealt with. He was very short and condescending and if I had not been worried I would have had to pay for the entire office visit I would have walked out in the middle of the appointment. I will never see him again and COULD not recommend him to any friend of mine.
