Dr. Garrett performed an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on me in May 2017. She explained what she would do and put my fears to rest. Afterwards, she spoke to my sister and I about the results and we were provided a written report with pictures. We were very impressed with her knowledge and caring attitude. I had Laparoscopic Paraesophageal Hernia surgery by Dr.Jack Cooper in July 2017 and am so glad to have that behind me. (All tests and procedures were done at Baptist East and I received excellent patient care.) I will have my followup appointment with Dr. Garrett next week and plan to continue using her for future GI tests.

I only saw Dr Nelson-Garrett the day of my colonoscopy but was very happy with her. She showed interest and concern in my family history - the reason for routine colonoscopies. She was referred to me by a friend who absolutely adored her because of her caring, thoughtfulness to her patients. I will definitely continue to use Dr Nelson-Garrett for my future colonoscopies.
