Dr Stewart and his staff were excellent, I was put on a cancelation list to get an early appointment and was contacted within a week with an opening which was great .Dr Stewart was very professional and recommended solutions to my issue and booked me for a follow up right away ,Great experience overall.

This types of doctors are the reason I avoid seeing dr at Brampton. Same attitude like Brampton civic hospital! No punctuality, no professionalism! No one has any intention to give care. Just open a clinic and start business. Very much commercial. Seems like Dr S checks patient only to earn money. NOT recommended if you want to live.

I am so grateful to this Doctor he was very accommodating in coming out to Brampton Civic at 11.00 pm ! Did an emergency surgery on my son to Cauterize a bleeding in his throat . He was so patient and kind on explaining everything that happened before to cause bleed and after surgery. I highly recommend Dr Craig Stewart he showed he is is caring and made me and our son feel comforted because at that that time we were very scared the bleeding was a lot . Thanks once again and continued success in everything you do !

Was sent for MRI on Sept 21/22, and told to follow up with office for results 1 week later. The Receptionist never answers the phone, and it always goes to voicemail. Left a detailed message, expecting a response with 72 hours (as per their recorded message.) Heard nothing and called several more times, leaving several messages.
3 months later, still have not heard back with my results nor any other type of follow up.
VERY unprofessional to not care about providing MRI results to a patient.

When you call you can never get a hold of anyone, you have to leave a message. They say they will get back to you within 48-72 hours but they don't! You would think that when someone is waiting to hear about their MRI results they would be more compassionate!

walked in and the receptionist on the left was very rude, not welcoming. I was told to sit `under the TV`, I was the only person waiting. The lady that did the test was again no smile but did do her job. They all seem very robotic, weird vibe in the office. Dr. Stewart came in and just started with questioning, no small talk or how are you etc.I tried to tell him of another issue which I thought may be related to my hearing issue howevrt he cut me off before I could finish and said that we are only dealing with the hearing issue today. I then tried to ask him another different question but again he cut me off and said, `like I said we are only dealing with your hearing issue. I told him that was not what I was going to ask him and told him never mind and for him to continue on. After he saw I was upset, he became a bit fake friendly. He never made eye contact, very fake laughter, he was very rushed, never asked me if I had any questions, When I left, I was at the elevator and the same receptionist came to the elevator and said I didn`t finish the paper work. At this point I was very annoyed and told her that no one asked me to do any paper work when I left the office, she was not at her desk when I left. She took no ownership of the mistake let alone apologize for it. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor.

This appointment came after about two months but this doctor does not seem to respect your time, he seems to be rushing you, does not even take history properly, I had to tell him that my hearing was affected since I got COVID positive 3 months ago. When I wanted to ask him a question he told me to that he did not have time and he had to go to the next apatient. I will ask my doctor to send me to a different ent sp, you should too!

Receptionist is very slow to reply. Vmail machine is always full. I cant even leave a message. Not reliable.

Gotta say my son saw the doctor in Nov 2021 and it was a good fast appt, have been calling the office and sending emails now for over a month with no response. If i dont get a response in the next day or two I am going to get an appt elsewhere
