Dr. Sumner put an ICD in me and I had a lot of complications. I was not impressed.

Very rude. Has another Doctor do everthing for him then he comes in and tells you whats wrong, without even a hello or anything. The sad thing is I don't think think the Doctor that did see me understood what I told him.
