Dr. Crippen is a crook. He lied to me about not being able to prescribe me anything for my scar. He first tried selling me laser treatment; then he tried selling me a scar recovery product. I was prescribed medication by another doctor. I've filed a complaint against Dr. Crippen with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.

Dr. Crippen treated my skin with a laser for mild discoloration from a few sunspots. I received what I believe were 2nd degree burns. My skin was blistered and blackened in areas. It's been several weeks and I am left with large, very visible red marks. It's extremely embarrassing to be seen in public and I'm concerned these burn marks may result in permanent pigment changes. I would not recommend this doctor.

Found him to be impersonate and cold. Would never go to him again. Bedside manner matters to me. He lacks people skills.

If you are looking for a clean, professional, discreet office with a knowledgable Dr this is the place. I have nothing but compliments for Dr Crippen and his staff, its a well run office but most importantly I am very appreciative that Dr. Crippen really knows his stuff!! I would highly recommend him.

Staff are friendly and polite. Dr Crippen however failed to meet my expectation. I came back to show him how unhappy I was he tried to fix it and again failed. I had to pay somone else $400 to fix his mistake. Not happy with him or his technique. Save your money and go somewhere else. This dr dosnt care about his patients he’s a huge money grab!! His reviews must be paid for as I had a terrible experience with Dr. Crippen

When I was looking for this. Type of service, this Dr had lots of positive reviews. They must have been written by his staff. Save yourself some money and grief and go elsewhere.
