I am a 64 year old female that had a deep plane facelift, platysmaplasty (neck tightening), facial fat grafting and a TCA peel with Dr Asaria mid December 2020. This was my second “facelift” following one done 8 years ago by another surgeon who used a different approach and at the time I was told results would last 8-10 years and that prediction was accurate. I am a health care professional with knowledge of the cosmetic/plastic surgery industry and definitely did my research before choosing a surgeon. Not all general plastic surgeons are skilled nor comfortable doing a deep plane facelift, so it was of utmost importance to me to choose a surgeon very skilled with this procedure. Dr. Asaria trained and specializes in facial cosmetic surgery which to me translates to extensive knowledge of facial anatomy. In my opinion this is crucial when performing a deep plane facelift/platysmaplasty procedure. My consultation with Dr. Asaria was very informative, he presented the procedures that he recommended and I agreed his suggestions were matching with my own thoughts. I had the opportunity to ask questions and was also given email addresses to communicate with his staff. He has a busy practice with many staff and everyone has an important role. My experiences were only positive with Dr. Asaria and his staff prior to surgery, surgery day and post operative. It is early on to be writing this review as I am just at the 2.5 week mark but I wanted to write this review while the experience is still fresh. I can already tell that the results will match/exceed my high expectations. There are many post op appointments in the first couple of weeks so Dr. Asaria can keep an eye on healing, remove sutures etc…I still have some swelling and bruising which is totally expected at this point but the best part is my neck is tight and amazing and my face still looks exactly like me but many years younger. No weird/stretched look whatsoever! I look forward with excitement to my final results in the months to come. I highly recommend Dr. Asaria for his highly specialized facial surgical skills, bedside manner and an excellent office team.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Asaria in Feb 2020 and I'm so glad I put my trust in him. I did a lot of research of who to go see in Toronto and decided I would visit Dr Asaria in person. I was honestly really scared going in - as putting your face i.e. your life in the hands of someone you don't know is terrifying! I was very nervous but he was very calm, professional and understanding. It took me a a few weeks to finally bite the bullet and agree on a date and pay the fee. But it all turned out smoothly. The day of the operation, his nurse talked me through the whole process and I met with his anesthesiologist first who explained how I was going to be put under and asked if I had any questions (Because I was scared, I asked him quite a few). Then Dr Asaria came in and we went over the aesthetic goal and what I wanted done. I re-iterated that I wanted a natural result, that suits my face but that I trusted his aesthetic eye and experience. I went under about 10 mins later and woke up in the recovery room with a nurse keeping an eye on me. I wasn't groggy or nauseous at all and felt surprisingly chirpy. The next few days were so bearable - not painful at all, just uncomfortable esp. at night when you have to breath through your mouth. I got my cast removed 5 days post op and on that day my nose was very swollen (to be expected!) but I could see the improvement from the side already and was thrilled I still looked like myself. That day my nose did swell quite a lot and I felt like maybe something was left inside - like packing - so I instagram mesaged Dr Asaria and he responded - no packing (he doesn't use packing) and that it's just swelling. He was right! Honestly 2 weeks post op I looked completely normal minus some swelling. The scars have all dissapeared, my breathing is actually better than before (I had a deviated septum), I have no functional breathing issues at all. Overall I would describe Dr Asaria's style as delicate, detail orientated and natural. You can sense he is an academic who takes his professional reputation seriously and is realistic with setting expectations as opposed to a sales man. If the current standard continues at his surgery, I couldn't recommend him enough!

I have wanted a nose job for about 10 years (I am age 25) and after having multiple consultations with multiple doctors in different areas of Canada, I was SO SET on having Dr. Asaria perform the rhinoplasty surgery with only a virtual consultation. He is so warm, comforting, and HONEST about what he can do. After I confirmed my surgery date the staff then contacted me to meet Doctor Asaria the day before my surgery to go over anything I was concerned about and to show me what exactly he had planned for my nose and it was literally exactly what I had envisioned without me having to tell him myself. The day of surgery I had the utmost confidence going into the operating room - but he did BETTER than I could have imagined. I am now 3 weeks post op and I barely had any bruising or swelling during my first week. Friends of mine who've gotten a rhinoplasty from different doctors were shocked on how well I was healing. I wasn't uncomfortable or in any pain these past three weeks and I already love my nose and it isn't even close to my final result (as that takes anywhere from 6-12 months after surgery)

The staff at Face Cosmetics makes you feel so comfortable and reassures you on any questions or concerns leading up to your surgery date and called me to check in within the first 24 hours after surgery to see if I was feeling alright.

I don't plan on getting any surgeries in the near future but if I do I will always, always, always come back here as I trust him without any question. I have not experienced this kind of self confidence in a very long time and I owe that to Doctor Asaria.

Dr. Asaria and his staff are amazing! I went to Dr. Asaria for a Rhinoplasty (nose job) and was greeted by comforting and informative staff. Dr. Asaria did such a beautiful job on my nose with a very fast recovery time and no signs of infection. I would highly recommend!!!

Recently, at the age of 63, I underwent a face, neck and brow lift, blepharoplasty, fat grafting and chemical peel. I had no reservations whatsoever as I've known Dr Asaria for a decade, have followed his many accomplishments and admired his genius, rare talent and would never want to be in any one else's hands. The incredibly natural result is even beyond my dreams. My experience was impressive in every way and I cannot imagine a better choice of cosmetic surgeon anywhere in the world. Dr Asaria's technique, skill, talent, experience and approach sets him apart. I am extremely thankful and grateful to Dr Asaria and the entire staff at Face Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr Asaria was asked to repair my nose because of a previous surgery. He was honest about the success rate and was able to explain the possible problems that could occur. When he agreed to fix my issue, I was aware of what would happen and what to expect. The procedure was completed in a timely and professional manner. The outcome was great and I'm very happy with his services.

I am a 56 year old female and spent the better part of a year researching lower face lift procedures and surgeons. I consulted with 6 cosmetic surgeons before I found Dr. Asaria and was ecstatic that I had finally found someone who had the expertise, knowledge and compassion that he had. I had to travel across Canada for the surgery and the whole experience with Dr. Asaria and Face Toronto was exemplary. I had a lower face lift, lower bleph, fat grafting, endoscopic brow lift and a chemical peel. He was very patient and accommodating, I had to have some appointments on the weekends to fit my travel schedule and this was absolutely no problem. He answered all my questions about the procedures and I never felt rushed. The results are amazing and at 2 months I am astounded at the difference in my appearance. I look much younger and exactly like myself 10-15 years ago! He gave me exactly what I was hoping for and highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Dr Asaria and his incredible Team are likely the best doctor I have ever been to. His magnificent talents and his personality are simply exemplary. He truly treated me like I was his only patient. He was creative in his approach to my specific areas of need and the process was like being treated like royalty. I would highly recommend Dr Asaria to anyone who is nervous about Facial surgery. He is calm, creative, talented, respectful and most of all, his results are flawless and undetectable.
