It took me 15 years to decide to do my rhinoplasty revision. I saw and consulted with six surgeons. My case was challenging because it was not only about aesthetics, but It had some severe structural issues, it was a miracle my nose didn't collapse due to previous surgery, but it would happen later in life as I aged. On top of that, I have thick skin, which makes it even harder to achieve great results. Asaria was the only one whose initial opinion addressed what bothered me the most without me saying anything, my hanging columella tip. He also set low expectations for the result and was honest about the best way to achieve the outcome, a rib graft, so no shortcuts. After six months of surgery, the result was magic. I consider an improvement of 90%, basically perfection. I have a masculine natural nose that fits my face. The profile now has the perfect angle and symmetry, something I was not expecting to get. The structure is super rigid and robust, so I don't need to worry about minor accidents or playing sports.

I had a lip lift, brow lift, under eye and full face laser. I am very happy with the results. Dr. Asaria is a very talented surgeon and the staff at Face Toronto are amazing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Asaria to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

I had rhinoplasty done with Dr. Asaria, I only have only good things to say about Dr. Asaria and his team. I'm a year and half post op. This team really takes care of their patients. I've never once felt rushed. All of my questions and concerns were addressed before and after the procedure. I've had multiple post op visits with Dr Asaria. And the procedure was a breeze, I literally have no scars, that's the magic of Dr. Asaria. I highly recommend Dr Asaria and his team.

Dr Asaria botched my nose

He performed a septoplasty/rhinoplasty back in 2019 and a revision surgery mid 2020.

After the revision, I noticed things I did not like still, but Dr Asaria strung me along for the next 2 years stating that it was still swollen and to give it more time based on numerous reasons. Eventually, he began giving me steroid injections (swelling) + fillers to help the over retracted left nostril (likely to buy himself some time). He promised that he would keep doing this every 3 months or so... As time went on, my septum began to deviate worse, combined with breathing issues returning and a small lump appeared on the right nostril. He agreed that my septum was deviating again. It began to become a pain in the neck to get appts in a reasonable time frame as well....

My nose now has a curved appearance, asymmetrical nostrils, a columella that still hangs, a "c" shaped nasal appearance, a deviated nasal septum veering right, breathing issues, back throat drip, dorsal irregularities and an over retracted left nostril (alar rim retraction).

The appt before our final appt, Dr Asaria agreed and said that there was an option for another revision surgery that would entail rib cartilage (basically a complete reconstruction). Why wasn't that done during the 1st revision surgery? For whatever reason, he focused on the negative, stating that there was a high chance of it failing..... We didn't agree to anything right then and there, however, we did record the conversation and listened to it later on that evening. It was a lot to take in.

My next visit for steroid injections + fillers came and Dr Asaria pulled a complete 180, acting like a Jekyll and Hyde, stating that it had been 2 years since the revision ( I was obviously one of his trial/error patients as it wasn't done properly) and that there was nothing else he could do for me. Almost in tears, I asked if he would at the very least help out with the cosmetic situation (fillers to help even out the over retracted nostril as it was the only thing helping at all). He reiterated that it had been 2 years since the revision (he strung me along for those 2 years with false hope). When I pointed out what we spoke about the last appt (another revision), he blatantly shot it down by stating to forget about what he said then and to listen to what he's saying now. It was so shockingly impersonal and a complete utter betrayal and let down.

I didn't argue because I just didn't have the knowledge and/or answers to argue with in that moment. Well, I got a 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion and the general consensus was that my deviated septum was never fixed. Fixing the septum and supporting it was what he was supposed to do to address everything. Now I am left with a hole in my wallet, a messed up nose and uncertain what to do next.

Pls ensure that you do all of your homework surrounding what Doctor you choose with your face.

Having an upper blepharoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Asaria was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my appearance. Dr. Asaria did a phenomenal job fixing my eyelids. It was a successful eyelid surgery –so painless, and easy to recover from. The staff at Face Toronto is amazing. My experience was life-changing. I can’t speak high enough of Dr. Asaria, Dr. Joshi, and Nurse Janice. The staff was welcoming and very thorough in explaining the process and what they felt they could achieve.

When I returned to the office to get my stitches out I couldn’t wait to hug Dr Joshi, and Dr. Asaria to thank him for the amazing work he did. Best money I’ve ever spent.

It’s been 8 months since my surgery with Dr. Asaria. I received a primary rhinoplasty and couldn’t be happier. This is a surgery I’ve wanted since I was a child and know how important it is to select a qualified and reputable surgeon. I’ve seen people commenting on wait time and cost. Dr. Asaria is in high demand – and for good reason! He was the only surgeon I considered, and never once through the whole process did I question my decision to work with Face Toronto.

From the start, I felt all the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and transparent about the whole process. Any questions or concerns were always promptly addressed – From booking the consultation to post-op. I never felt that I was a bother, or that any questions were stupid. The same can be said for Dr. Asaria – He is kind, honest and made me feel incredibly safe. He truly understands what works best for each of his patients features and makes suggestions based on the big picture. What I appreciated the most about him was how he doesn’t encourage his patients to get an extreme number of surgeries or look unnatural – He truly has an eye for a refined natural beauty.

The surgery day was great – I arrived at 6:30 am, excited as ever to have the nose of my dreams. The office feels like a spa – I had a plush warm robe to wear, great music and the space is gorgeous.

Recovery wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. Of course, there was discomfort, blood etc but it was far less than I expected. I was so pleased with how he doesn’t use splints in the nose – That was a worry I had going into the process. I was able to manage with just Tylenol for the most part, which really surprised me.

Again, I am so happy with my decision and know I made the right choice – I have SUCH a great nose now, and it’s given me a confidence boost that I didn’t know was possible.

I was hoping for getting a lip lift done by Dr Asaria for a long...finally I was able to book the surgery.
Everything, at all steps from the beggining prior to the surgery to the follow-up after, was perfect. Dr Asaria i s definitly a highly skilled surgeon who masters the art of plastic surgery. I felt like his team genuinely care about our well being all along the process.
At close to 2 weeks post-op, I can barely see the scar and had regain the mobility and the sensations of the area. As for the results, I am beyond happy!!! It is healing smootly and day by day it looks better. He exceeded my expectations. His bedside manners are the best : he is so sweet and kind. I have 0 regrets of having had the procedure done and would recommend everyone who is looking for the best surgeon to go see him.
