I would highly recommend Dr. Anita Gallo. Our family has been with Dr. Gallo now for over 25 years. She is a very knowledgeable, professional, very caring and kind, and has always provided our family with extremely excellent service. Dr. Gallo has always been very professional at all times, and she has an excellent staff, who are very nice, kind, and caring. Our family would like to express our gratitude for the excellent care we have been receiving.

I have been a patient of Dr Gallo for the past 11 years and I never bother with writing reviews but I felt that on these sites only the few negative reviews show up. When people are happy with the service they do not bother making an effort to come write something nice. I have always found Dr Gallo to be a very pleasant and professional person as well as doctor. Her office is always ready to accommodate me with an appointment with my busy schedule but the main reason why I came to write this review is I was so impressed with the patience they had in the way they handled my recent eyeglass purchase. The staff there went over and beyond what I expected from them when they re-made my glasses when I wasnt happy with the frame I chose even though it was not expected of them. My family and I will continue to be patients of hers in the future.

Dr. Gallo and her staff are always in a rush. They have many people waiting all the time, either they can't book appointments properly or they are trying to make as much money as possible. Files are often misplaced and glasses are made poorly. Dr. Gallo is rough around the edges and not very polite especially to some of the seniors that go to see her. Would not recommend this doctor.
