I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism Dr. Gallo displayed. She answered all of my questions effectively and I appreciate her patience. She has shown the utmost care to me and my family. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gallo. She actually cares about clients and was thorough! We went through several different styles, and I finally got the perfect pair, which thankfully, she recommended.

My experience with Dr.Gallo was awesome. I’m glad I’ve found an optometrist who cares about their clients. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Dr. Gallo and the staff, without hesitation, spent time with me and made sure I found a pair that was a perfect fit! Dr. Anita GAllo is the epitome of a true professional!!! Her examinations are extremely thorough, she explains everything in detail which puts u at ease and makes you feel comfortable and stress free! She is the best in her profession and I would highly recommend her!!!! She uses state of the art equipment and gives her customers the utmost care!!!!

I never usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with Dr. Gallo and the staff. Dr. Gallo is very nice, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful. Friendly staff and variety of glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend!

Dr. Gallo is very professional, kind, and knowledgable. She is friendly and makes it known that she is there to help. I have been going there for over 20 years and I have nothing but great experiences. She is very honest and transparent with her patients, and is able to adapt to the different ages of people that go in. Overall, an amazing doctor committed to her work and to her clients.

1 am 83., a newcomer to the district, and made an appointment for an eye exam for June 21, 2021. This location closest to home.
Many offices in a small space, and many people milling around and carrying on conversations. I knew that my exam was covered by OHIP. But as I was leaving I was told that there would be an additional charge of $50.00 for the ‘scan’. I knew nothing of such a scan. It was never mentioned when I made the appointment nor was I ever asked if I wanted it. There was never a receipt offered for payment. Taken by surprise, I sad nothing at the time. Had I been made aware of the charge for the scan. I may have gone along with it, but I feel that this is a money grab for vulnerable-looking clients. I left the building with no thank you’s, no see you next time, no comments, no nothing. I decided then and there to buy my glasses elsewhere.
Unfriendly? You bet! Unprofessional? Very!
Associates? Don’t like their job!
Maybe they cater to young people there who don’t really care about service.

Last April I spent more than $700 to get my prescription glasses with so called Zeiss lenses and Silhouette titanium frame here . But very surprise to me, there is no any trade mark of Zeiss on their lenses, and one frame leg was broken last week and is out of only one year warranty! Unbelievable poor product quality! it is definitely not worth such expensive glasses. I will never return to this place!!!

Dr. Gallo is really excellent at prescribing, especially for people with strong prescriptions. She is able to perfectly get the right balance for both reading and distance.
