I was accused of hiding domestic violence as a cause of my pain and told 6 weeks and the pain in my ribs should subside. I ended up in emerge with my kidneys failing and diagnosed with Celiac Disease. She didn't even care she was wrong when I told her.

I saw her at Emerge for a non-emerge - but needed to speak to a Doctor and get meds. Everyone as usual was good/polite and luckily not as busy as when I have been there before... two hours compared with often five hours before, due to number of patients/emergencies. First time have met her and she listened to my reason/s for being there and we had a frank discussion ... she was concerned about me and she did not rush me (a senior with many other issues). I too would like her as my family dr. ... I have not had one for a year. I put 4 stars as was not her private practice/clinic so she is not in control but following hospital procedure..... wish we had a “walk-in non-emergency clinic/section at the hospital” for those without a dr. or weekends, evenings, etc., when clinic/s closed or can’t get appt. for many weeks. I do realize its an emergency department and am prepared to wait, thank you

Dr. Linda Rankin..ohhh what to say?? First of all; my 14 year-old otherwise healthy nephew saw her in Emerge on Sunday. She accused him of drinking too much pop and gave him a GERD medication (pantoprazole). Knowing his symptoms, I thought this was a strange medication to prescribe him. My nephew also has asthma, and was not given a Covid test. He went back the next day and he has Pericarditis, which is inflammation of the heart. Dr. Rankin did NO tests on him, did not even text him for Covid, but prescribed him an antacid. Thank God the Doctor who saw him today actually did all of the appropriate tests. I hope Dr. Rankin’s children are never treated the way she treated my nephew. 0/5 stars. Look over your oath again “Doc.”

She was my doctor in emerg. She was caring and didn't talk over my head. I went through a bunch of tests and she lined up a bunch of referrals. Within a few days, I had appointments setup with all the referrals. Fantastic service and a kind heart - a hard thing to find in many doctors. I highly recommend her.

I found Dr Rankin to be very pleasant to deal with. She was genuinely concerned with why I was at emerg with a knee problem. She took the time to sit with me and discuss the situation in a caring fashion. I would love to have her as my families doctor.

she didn't seem to like me to much said that creatine would damage my kidneys and did not seem to want to write my prescription said why don't I go back to salstone my previous family dr died dr rivet I told her its easier to come here she was at ferris medical and I was in at 9 am like I was supposed to be to book appointment and I was booked for 4:30 I had to ask multiple time to get another for 11:30 there was no one there for appointments and they never write my prescription properly at ferris medical

I saw her at a walk in clinic. She didn't seem particularly interested in the information I was trying to provide her with. She was more concerned that I might be at the wrong clinic and how it affects the renumeration process.. In the end it was a waste of time. I'm glad she's not my family doctor!

I saw her at the clinic and she has awesome bedside manners and did not downplay my symptoms or made me feel small. She was very thorough with my exam, she listened really well and provided me with amazing advices. I would be pleased if I was to see her again at the clinic or at the emerg.
