Extremely rude and in a rush. Seemed she wanted to argue me and not listen to what I had to say. Insinuating I was lying about my actions and recovery.

Dr. Rankin was very helpful and not afraid to send me for tests which is more than can be said for some of the other doctors in North Bay. Dr. Rankin is probably the best doctor North Bay has unfortunatly, she isn't taking any new clients

i found dr. rankin, to be arrogant.........i had gone in for a bad cough, immediately she asked if i was a smoker, which i informed her. i had quit a few months back, she gave a sarcastic snort. i was offended, how dare she think im less than anyone else bc i was a former smoker. her attitude was offensive. as a doctor she should be able to comprehend the word...addiction.......all in all i think dr. rankin needs to rethink her views on ppl who struggle with addictions. i was very disappointed in her.

Professional, personable. Time management at her office is excellent. Very easy to take to.
