I wish more Drs would be as helpful and not make you feel as though they don’t have the time to both explain things and answer questions as Dr Lalor.

I would like to express my gratitude, I was referred to Dr. Lalor by my family doctor for an Endoscopy May 2023. Everything went so well thanks to Dr. Lalor knowledge, kindness and his friendly manner that put me at ease and relaxed. Then he explained everything to me and my son, and to be followed up by an appointment within two months.
July 27, I wen to see him in person, I was welcome by his wonderful, so friendly staff.
He took the time to examine, discuss, explain and was so thorough with everything regarding my situation.

I was so impressed when he set me up with his secured informational website, where I can see his report and his recommendations regarding my situation to my doctor. I am 82 of age, I love and enjoy new technologies. 🙏🏻

The staff was friendly. He set me up with his informational website which had a secure messaging system. When I updated my condition was phoned not to update in secure email.
On my last visit, I came prepared with documentation from the Mayo clinic and other prestigious institutions to ask his expert opinion if my gastro intestinal condition could be caused by another condition because it seemed to be a precipatator of my issues. He physically removed the paper from my hand and handed it to his staff to copy for him? He debunked my consideration of my eye issue causing gastro complications with his rude egotistical way and continued to tell me that my gastro issues were caused by anxiety and depression and needed a referral. If he sees nothing in his endoscopies, he says its mental health. Well it turns out my out of control IBS was caused by undiagnosed glaucoma even though I see an eye surgeon yearly. I do not recommend this doctor, I suspect he likes endoscopies and beyond that he suggests psychological help instead of looking further or God forbid .. considering relevant data the patient might suggest. I struggle to see why he wouldn't consider the glaucoma angle considering it was the fix yet psychological help was his diagnosis. He is neither an eye surgeon nor a psychologist nor a psychotherapist but I suspect ego had a lot to do with his decision. Yes .. glaucoma eye drops prescribed and the outof control IBS and migrains disappeared the next day. The distension (I call it agony) from months of nausea and vomiting took a few weeks to clear. Maybe my condition was unique but my documentation was credible. As a patient, I would have appreciated the 5 minutes and an honest opinion based on what he wouldn't hear. In his defense, I was not yet diagnosed with glaucoma when I seen him but what I described as eye pain or pressure leading into a migraine causing nausea and diarrhea might of warranted a different referral. I thank God for my family doctor who didn't dismiss me.

Saw him a couple of times since 2019 when he diagnosed me. Horrible! I can't get an appointment. Basically, he gave up trying to help me!

I have never written a Dr rating before but I am so impressed with Dr Lalor that I’d like to express my gratitude. I was referred to him by ER who wanted to get to the bottom of my severe abdominal pain. I had an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy yesterday and was so impressed by Dr Lalors knowledge and kindness. He immediately put me at ease and took lots of time to discuss my issues. Although there are still more tests that need to be done, he eliminated many things ( including the most dire) and gave me a great deal of information. I am so impressed and would like to express my gratitude to this wonderful Doctor. Thank you Dr Lalor - you are simply the best!
