I have been under the care of Dr Morkell for more than 15 years. He is an excellent doctor and has effectively managed my type II bi-polar disorder with medication and life-coaching, keeping me stable and well during extremely challenging times. He is a dedicated, caring, highly knowledgeable professional who keeps up to date with new drug developments. I am very grateful to him for his care which has had such a positive effect on my mental wellbeing and has improved my life. I highly recommend him.

The skill Dr Morkel has in subtly effecting change through precise control of the perfect balance of medication and therapy is nothing short of brilliant! It took a while, but suddenly one day I woke up and realised the huge change I had made in thinking, perception and perspective of events in life! Talk about a seismic shift in attitudes and enjoyment!! I know this sounds excessive but Dr Morkel is a Master in his field…

I actually can't speak highly enough of Dr Morkell. He is so knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Opening up and finding the right psychiatrist can be difficult, but he has been amazing and I feel so lucky to have found someone so skilled and approachable. It's not an exaggeration to say because of his help and treatment I have completely transformed my mental health and quality of life.

Dr Morkell has been my psychiatrist for over 10 years, managing and treating depression and anxiety. He is kind, intelligent, thoughtful, clear and extremely empathetic. I frankly can't recommend him too highly. I know I sound a bit over the top here, but it was a nightmare finding the right psychiatrist after my previous one moved overseas. I count myself extremely lucky that my GP knew and recommended Dr Morkell.

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Morkell over 20 years ago by my G.P. with Major depression. Over this time I have have found Dr Daniel Morkell to be very kind, compassionate, understanding, patient, dedicated and caring. His knowledge of mental health and treatments of this condition are outstanding. I have been under his care at Perth Clinic and have found the staff to be excellent. I am very grateful to my G.P. Dr. Tim for recognizing my need for treatment and for referring me to Daniel Morkell for without the both of them of don't know where I would be. I would definitely recommend Dr Morkell as from a patients point of view, he is the best Psychistrist I know.

Dr Morkell is a superb psychiatrist. He provides a safe space to talk about one's condition. And he brings a deep knowledge of his field to bear on treatment and medications. I have seen him for over 20 years regarding a psychiatric condition, and his treatment has helped me significantly. Highly recommended.
