I spent years delaying in seeking Psychiatric help because I’m in the mental health professional field and felt that seeking help was dangerous to my work in mental health and that I would be judged negatively. I tried to treat my symptoms through my GP using a limited range of “off lable” medications. Some helped but the side effects were not worth it.

Dr Fischer is what I always imagined an ideal Psychiatrist to be. He has a calm “statesman“ like presents and I felt he treated me with seriousness and respect. If only we could clone him!

My life has fundamentally changed for the better since seeing him for 3 years. He has a calm, honest and curious nature that is rare in Psychiatrists with his years of experience. I honestly hope he stays in private practice for as long as possible for the benefit of many people in need of gold standard psychiatric care in Perth.

Excellent. Very knowledgable . I see him once or twice (the latter when required) and he goes out of his way to help. He is very compassionate and easy to talk to. I can't recommend him enough. His normal staff is brilliant too!
