This doctor should not be allowed to practise. He not only insulted me and despite imploring him for the right treatment as I’ve been in pain for months, he basically told me that he does not have time for me. 4 months later, now I have my kidney function declining when he could have given me the right treatments earlier. He is awful and should not be allowed to practise. I’ll make sure to also report him to CPSO and I encourage everyone to report him so he is reprimanded asap!

Dr Kwan phone agent. She was short and rude. Very snarky. I had to ask her why she was being snarky before she turned slightly more kind. I asked to talk with Dr Kwan. She asked if i would like a referral elsewhere.
Don’t deserve any patients. Garbage

I was really disappointed with my experience with Dr. Kwan. My concerns were not taken seriously and as a patient was directly told that the symptoms and discomfort I felt was made up in my head. Having read previous reviews on this doctor, I tried to have some hope, but was quickly made to feel like I was a burden and inconvenience to this office. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this office and would urge others to find another referral.

Had to get a prostate biopsy performed at the hospital by this doctor -- I went into septic shock the next day and spent 4 days in the ICU -- now dealing with known, long term effects of septic shock (memory loss). This guy was so unpleasant to deal with (right from the get go) that I won't (and will not) go back to him again.

Had a consultation with him last week regarding a possible renal cell carcinoma… found him to be very knowledgeable, however showed no compassion for my situation and will not return … the office staff are terrible…

One of the worst Dr I had met in my life. Extremely rude behaviour and doesn't have the patience to listen to patient. If possible, just avoid him.
