Dr. Lo is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. Our family followed him from his old clinic to this new clinic. He is friendly to the patient. My son always likes to see Dr. Lo instead of his own pediatrician.

I've been seeing Dr. Lo for about 5 years now. Excellent Doctor!! It's rare that you actually get a doctor that listens to you and takes the time to know you. Along with Doctor Lo being exceptional, I have to give credit to the staff at the clinic as well. All the support staff are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'm expecting to be a patient with Dr. Lo for a VERY long time! BTW, I don't think I ever had to wait more than 5 past my appointment time...now that's amazing.

Dr. Jason Lo is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable and truly cares for the patients. He explains every detail of an ailment and makes sure that patients understand it. I will always recommend this doctor to anyone else needing a family physician.

I have seen many "family doctors" in the past, and the consistent problem I incurred was the lack of trust and the poor quality of human service I received from both the staff the physicians. I always leave those doctors' offices feeling more ill, less trusting, and a little less human - but more like a number. However, all this has changed since finding Dr. Lo and his awesome assistant, Tina. It is going over ten years since I became one of Dr. Lo's patients, and now my children are also patients of his. Dr. Lo truly embodies the very needed qualities many doctors lack, like being compassionate, honest, discrete, humble, respectful, and very Christian. He understands how to be empathetic and we really appreciate his genuine enquiries about some of the basic and normal things that we do and/or face in life. He is steadfast in his practice as well as the other physicians and staff who emulate his principles - which makes every visit to our doctor's office a delightful thing.

Dr. Lo is an excellent physician! He is knowledgeable, caring, and personable. He is the exactly the type of doctor you can trust will provide you with safe, exceptional care and answer your questions and concerns. He does not overbook his patients and I am impressed every time I visit just how punctual he is. I work with physicians in my profession and Dr. Lo receives only my highest recommendation. I am very lucky to have him as my family MD. His secretaries are also great.

The staff are courteous and helpful. We've never had to wait long for our appointments and there is a child friendly area and exam room. Dr. Lo is caring, patient, and thorough answering questions. I feel my children are in great hands - he gives me the options and information to make informed decisions.

I am unable to judge about staff and punctuality - this is my brother's GP. My brother was hospitalized for mental illness and the psychiatrist there prescribed anti-psychotic medication that he was to take for a month. After being released, Dr. Lo reduced the dosage (of another Dr.'s prescription!) and then told my bro he could stop taking the drug (after only 1.5 weeks) - without consultation with the other doctor (a specialist!). Dr. Lo told my bro "you don't need these - you['re not crazy" (very unprofessional language that unnecessarily contributes to the stigma of mental illness). The result was my brother relapsed in a severe way and ended up back in the hospital. He ended up being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and the psychiatrist confirmed the reason he relapsed was because he went off the drugs the first time. I am appalled that a non-specialist GP would meddle with an area he is not an expert in, and ended up causing harm to my brother.

Dr. Lo is fantastic. He is very good at putting you at ease and very clear about what you should worry about and what you shouldn't. I have paranoia surrounding health issues and he's the first doctor who i've ever been able to trust and I don't feel anxious about a concern once i've talked to him.
