Was randomly assigned to see this doctor, after waiting to be seen for over an hour (not her fault) she rushed through my appointment. I had to call the office myself several times to get lab results, I never once was followed up with by her. Changed practices and never looked back. Dr. Kraschnewski just doesn’t seem to have time to actually practice medicine.

She was randomly assigned to me by UNC. I was looking to establish myself as a patient with a PCP. I had some symptoms, and I wanted to be treated for whatever was causing them. After 9 months of seeing her, I still didn't have answers. She did not care about trying to figure out what was wrong with me, and I had to initiate every blood test that was taken. She never followed up after tests. I always had to call. One day, I called a 2nd time after not hearing back about labs. She left me a msg days later, indicating that I had a genetic disorder. I called back every few days for two weeks without any response, scared by the news she'd given me. She ended up just referring me somewhere that didn't match my insurance, killing my finances. After choosing to leave UNC system, a new doctor correctly diagnosed me within 24 hours and quickly treated me quickly. Turns out Jennifer only saw patients one day a wk and was studying for MPH, which explains why she didn't care for patients.
