Terribly long wait over 1.5 hrs with a one-year old. had a 10am appt and still hadnt seen by 11:30. no respect for patience time.

I wanted to provide my honest review of Dr. Koroush Sabri to help others make informed decision and to hope that proper authorities see this and take the necessary actions to avoid others having the same experience. Our experience with Dr. Sabri has been the worst i have ever had in my life. He is extremely rude not only to me but to my 8 year old son as well. What he did to my son was pure abuse. At one point he yelled at my son and yanked his mask off to aggressively telling him to be quite when he was only asking questions. At that time his nurse came in to ask the doctor to stop the verbal abuse, however he continued with this unacceptable behaviour. Furthermore he lacked total empathy, care , concern for the benefit of the patient. From the moment we walked, in he was in rush to get us out. We should not have doctors like this working in our healthcare. Because of him my son now is terrified of optometrists. Stay away from him if you can. Read the other reviews too as it appears that this doctor lacks professionalism, care, empathy and knowledge to do his job. Doctors should not get away with abusing patients specially when the patient is 8 years old.

Worst Dr. ever, misdiagnosed my daughter, traumatized us and her. Told us (in front of my daughter) she would likely loose her sight and would need a cornea transplant one day. Thankfully she was referred to another Dr who know what they we're doing and made a proper diagnosis, she is doing fine now and getting proper treatment. If at all possible do not go to this Dr..

My children are patients of Dr. Sabri , For more than 10 years ! He changed my children’s life quality. Because of him my kids are experiencing their maximum life potential,
They are able to see and experience the world with corrected vision. He is the best doctor I have known in my life. Thank you

I have the utmost most respect for medical professionals. I work in healthcare. I know "bad days." I know what it's like behind the scenes; the unfortunately all too common emotional frustration and burnout to the most wonderful days where patients are delighted with joy because we've healed or made dreams come true. Healthcare workers are incredible. Also, I am human -I believe in forgiveness and compassion. What I will say about Dr. Sabri is this: Never...I repeat, never in my life have I met a more unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant, dismissive, apathetic, egotistical, selfish and "in a rush" doctor. I will never forget how incredibly traumatic my visit was. I am NOT just another patient. No patients are EVER just another patient. Everyone is a real person, with very real health issues that we come to you for. We MATTER. Dr. Sabri, you CHOSE to be a doctor. Please, for the sake of your patients and career, remember in your heart why you wanted to be a doctor. Please. I work in healthcare now, and Dr. Sabri is my inspiration...to not treat patients like how shockingly poorly he treated me. All the best.

Dr Sabri is wonderful, he made me and my young daughter feel so at ease with his demeanor and friendliness but at the same time he didn't sugar coat anything, he was very to the point. He has a great way with kids and his staff and residents are always amazing as well.

This doctor is incredible. So kind, especially to kids, and so so so knowledgeable. For one of the busiest clinics in ON, the wait time is nothing compared to Sick Kids in Toronto. We have never waited more than 40 mins for Dr. Sabri, and usually it is much less. We are so lucky to have him in our city, people travel for miles to get to this clinic. His receptionists are not always the friendliest, but he and his team make up for all of that. A lovely, kind man.

Me and my family have been a long time patient of Dr Sabri’s! We absolutely love this clinic. My son has had Becky in the back the last several times he has come and she is so calming and patient which is exactly what he needs. She answers all questions and takes her time just like Dr Sabri!! I’m sure the other technician is a lovely person but definitely does not have people skills. (I do believe she’ll be off on may leave soon). My sons vision was saved thanks to Dr Sabri! We thank him and Becky for being so caring and wonderful and making each visit such a pleasant experience. Also the front desk. It’s nice to walk into an office and be greatly so kindly. Laurie at the front has such a lovely presence and is always so accommodating with me being a teacher.
